## Status

## Goal
Create a wide angle camera from a normal webcam.
## Reasoning
Retail wide angle web cams are expensive/not linux compatible/not as fun as making one.
## Materials
* 1 x [Door Viewer 200 Degree](http://hardware.hardwarestore.com/73-444-door-viewers/door-viewer-200-degree-644313.aspx)
* 1 x [Philips PCVC680K](http://www.littlecam.de/History/Philips_PCVC680K.htm)

## Process
*** write up needs to be finished, add pictures ***
1. Disassemble screw in lens assembly of door viewer
2. Remove internal lens
3. Place over the top of webcam lens
4. Find a way to attach (currently taped on)
## Notes
Could probably use U-10347 with the same method and achieve the same results. Be careful and use something soft, these lenses easily scratch.
